Before you buy: your windshield must have the factory "Team Corvette" etching. Replaced glass, aftermarket glass and some early 2020 cars do not.
Does your C8 have the etching? Check in ten seconds
The TeamCorvette LED lights the factory "Team Corvette" script etched into your windshield. If your glass does not carry that etching, this product has nothing to light, so it is worth thirty seconds at the car before you order.
Where to look. Stand at the front of the car and look at the very bottom of the windshield on the passenger side, just above the cowl. You are looking for small etched script reading Team Corvette. It is subtle. Daylight at an angle makes it easiest to see, or hold a flashlight low and look across the glass.
You almost certainly have it if your C8 is a 2021 or newer coupe or convertible, Stingray, Z06, E-Ray, ZR1, ZR1X still on its original factory glass.
Check carefully if you have an early 2020 build, your windshield has ever been replaced, or you have aftermarket glass. Replacement glass frequently comes without the etching, and some of the earliest 2020 cars left the factory without it.
One more thing. If there is paper or vinyl backing behind the logo, it comes off before installation.

Engineering and materials
True RGBW. Our custom boards use true RGBW LEDs with a dedicated white diode rather than mixing red, green and blue to approximate white. The result is a crisp, clean white that sits naturally alongside the C8's own interior lighting.
A purpose-built circuit board. The board was designed specifically for the Team Corvette windshield etching. Every LED is positioned to align with the logo, so light spreads evenly across the lettering and the etching illuminates uniformly from end to end. The assembly is fully sealed in a specialized USA-made compound that protects the electronics and holds the LEDs in precise alignment over time.
Built for the heat. This product sits directly against the windshield, and a parked car in direct sun can climb well past 140°F near the glass. It was engineered for exactly that environment. Components were selected with automotive specifications in mind, meeting AEC-Q100 and AEC-Q200 standards where possible, so the system holds its performance through years of repeated heat cycles.
Clean, controlled illumination. The entire system is built around lighting the logo and nothing else. Light is concentrated directly on the etched lettering, so from outside the car the logo reads sharp and deliberate instead of washing across the surrounding glass.
Installation and wiring
Plan on 30 to 45 minutes. You will need a 10mm socket and the included trim tool.
The included harness uses ultra-thin wiring that tucks behind the A-pillar and interior trim, so the install disappears into the car. It connects directly to the battery. No splicing is required, and a USA-made trim tool is included so you can route the wiring without marking your panels.
