Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

For every transaction placed on our site, we are charged a transaction fee. If an order is placed and needs to be cancelled, we charge a 5% cancellation fee. If the item has already shipped, the fee is 10%. Opened items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Warranty

Every Boosted Lighting Solutions product is backed by a 1 year manufacturer's warranty against defects, provided to the original purchaser. During this period, defective items are repaired or replaced at no cost.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from misuse or unauthorized modifications, and it applies only to the original purchaser.

How to start a return or warranty claim

Email us at info@boostedls.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if available. We will guide you through repair, replacement, or return.
